Attending the event are thousands of NAPCO's target customer base including Security Integration/Installation Companies, Contracting Companies, and Security Products Distributors. NAPCO's dealer training series is featured in ESX's RMR track, titled "More RMR & Profit with New NAPCO Technologies & Remote Services." NAPCO staffers are training security professionals on how they can affordably add new recurring monthly revenue by utilizing NAPCO remote security services & alarm communications without the use of phone lines. Training includes the following RMR products: iRemote™ Virtual Keypad (does anything a fixed keypad can do, on-the-go); iSee Video™ (requiring a mere 10-minute WiFi install); Starlink2 GSM radio (operational on any panel, everywhere); and Gemini-Commercial™ 24 Volt Fire/Burglary Combination (delivering the competitive-edge of "2-systems-in-1" code-compliant addressable, available for conventional or wireless installation). Both the training and exhibition of these products are available at Booth #101. The products are viewable online at www.napcosecurity.com/newproducts.html, and the conference website at http://www.esxweb.com/ .

NAPCO has also been nominated for a "Maximum Impact Award" at the conference for its iSee Video Remote Video Services in the category of Video Security: Video Surveillance. Adolph Moreno, Operations Director for RangerAmerican, provided a testimonial of the product in its nomination, "My technicians can install four iSeeVideo cameras & IVR Recorder in 35 minutes without being IT experts. It's amazing how quickly our clients get high-quality video with 24/7 recording. We just power up the cameras and it works, without touching a customer's router/computer! I love it because it's generating new RMR stream."

Richard Soloway, CEO of NAPCO Security Technologies commented, "ESX 2012 is a great opportunity to get in front of security dealers and teach them how to make more money with NAPCO recurring monthly revenue products through multiple interactions during the conference as dealers attend our scheduled RMR training seminar, informally visit our booth, which displays our RMR products with staffers to provide 1x1 education, and see NAPCO product again, featured at the 'Maximum Impact Awards' ceremony. We are at the beginning stages of launching our RMR products, and are focused on capitalizing on opportunities like at ESX 2012 to educate dealers."

Mr. Soloway continued, "The more security conferences and dealer days, and lunch and training we perform, the further we progress to developing meaningful one times sales from these new products. Driving top line sales with these new products enable us to leverage the relatively fixed production costs of our manufacturing facility in the Dominican Republic. The high margin recurring revenue becomes an excellent profit driver, dropping almost entirely to the bottom line. These RMR products are attractive to dealers because they enjoy the recurring revenue as well, and the more we can educate, the more we further execute upon our profitable growth strategy. "
